Varsity Scout Mountain Man Rendezvous




			The Bold Eagle Trading Post Proprietors: Bold Eagle & Two Bucks One of the highlights of the 2009 Blackfoot Fort Rendezvous was the opening of the Bold Eagle Trading Post. It proved to be a great success and will continue to be an important part of the Blackfoot Fort. All of the items are sold at a ‘no profit’ price. The goal of the trading post is to put those materials into the hands of the Scouts and the Leaders to help them with their mountain man skills and persona. Some of the items that will be available at the trading post for the upcoming Varsity Scout Mountain Man Rendezvous will be the following: Hand Forged Throwing Tomahawks Hand Forged Throwing Knives Missouri Flint Shards for fire starting Fire Steels with Flint Shards and Instructions Mountain Man Shirts Scout Patches from the Varsity Rendezvous of the 90’s Rendezvous Participant Medallions for all the past rendezvous Rendezvous T-Shirts Hand Beaded items Primitive Wood Lanters And other goodies that we find along the way. The Hawks and Knives will be available through out the year as will the Rendezvous T-Shirts. Just contact the Booshway or come to the Varsity Huddles. Also this year we will have an ol’ mountain man that will trade mountain man foo faw rah with the scouts. Have them bring items that they will be willing to trade.
