The staff is made up of experienced mountain men re-enactors and dedicated scouters. Our job is to make this event the best scout activity of the year. We have 3 planning meetings, and one work day prior to the rendezvous. Then one more meeting after the rendezvous. We arrive at the rendezvous early and stay late. This is where all the fun starts.
