In Memory of Many Knives


	In Memory of "Many Knives" Most of you that have attended the Varsity Scout Mountain Man Rendezvous will know Denis. Not only did he put on the Rendezvous during the 90’s, but he has been on the staff through the past nine years of the Blackfoot Fort Rendezvous. He worked at the archery range because of his love for the sport and his desire to share. Denis fought a courageous battle with cancer for two years and eventually lost that battle on March 12, 2010. He will be sorely missed by his many friends in Varsity Scouting, in his Ward and literally by everyone that ever met him. He loved riding his Harley, sitting on top of mountains and wearing sandals. He is the only person I know that hiked to the top of Mt. Whitney wearing sandals! We will dedicate this years 10th annual Varsity Scout Blackfoot Fort Mountain Man Rendezvousin in memory of Denis. He will never be forgotten.
